At any time, our staff of assistance coordinators welcomes questions of a legal nature from entrepreneurs or senior managers. Our team of lawyers can help them find solutions to their problems and answer their questions in all branches of the law relating to business issues, excluding criminal and fiscal law and issues that do not fall under Canadian legislation. They will act rapidly and directly to obtain information and answers to questions of a legal nature. Lawyers are available Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Should no lawyer be available, the assistance coordinators will open case files and forward them to the lawyers who then ensure a follow-up with the client. A maximum delay of two working days is to be expected. The lawyers are all members of the Barreau du Québec.
