The investment policy we establish must target the preservation of property, investments, and other assets. In the case of a tutorship or curatorship (two types of “guardianship”), it must respect the rules governing investments presumed sound as set out in the Civil Code of Québec.
This policy is the result of a meticulous inventory of the assets of the incapacitated person, a copy of which is provided to the interested parties and public authorities.
We know the procedure.
Ease your burden.
